The campus of St. John Parish in Goodyear is comprised of 7 separate buildings, including a church and school. The facility uses 44 packaged DX HVAC units with 33 corresponding thermostats. Attempting to monitor and adjust that many units takes valuable time, particularly in a dynamic use environment where schedules and usage patterns can vary daily.
