The Autani RZC -110 Serial Transceiver allows any device that has a serial connection to join a wireless ZigBee network
RZC-110 Characteristics - The RZC-110 is a wireless to serial (RS-485) transceiver, is a ZigBee Certified product and can control a wide-array of building, industrial, and manufacturing devices and appliances. Ideal for enabling wireless communication for most general and industrial serial devices, test and measurement equipment and serial devices that are used for monitoring. Each module has a transmit and a receive unit and can be configured for either point-to-point communications or point-to-multi-point networks.
Of Course, replacing your (wired) serial/RS-485 with wireless connections significantly reduce installation costs, but it can easily enable direct monitoring and analysis by any application running on a computer or other device with a USB port. This product is compatible with our low cost USB Stick Transceivers. With the Autani USB Transceiver connected to the central sensing / control station and the Autani Serial Transceivers connected to your meters, you instantly have the infrastructure for a completely wireless point-to-point or point-multi-point mesh network.
Specifications - The RZC-110 provides a wireless communications interface to serial communicating devices. The command sets supported by this device are currently AT-style and ModBus.

Wireless Transceiver USB Stick Based on the Ember EM250 SoC, the Autani - Wireless Transceiver is a high performance, low power 2.4GHz ISM band transceiver in a USB Stick form factor. Designed for ZigBee, it complies with the IEEE 802.15.4 wireless standard, providing a cost effective method of adding wireless sensing to any device which employs USB. For faster production development the device carries an AT Style Command line interface which allows the quick integration of meshing radio technology without complex programming or RF design experience. Using a virtual com port the AT-Command interface - based on the EmberZNet meshing stack - can be easily accessed by the application software. Custom firmware development is also supported.
