 For our customers who have not established a ongoing service and support relationship with an authorized service provider, Autani’s Premium Service insures the availability of advanced energy consulting and system maintenance services. The following services are included in the annual subscription;
- Autani Remote Management Tools.
- Remote back-up of all energy usage, reporting and system data.
- System Configuration Service. Whenever there is a need to reconfigure a setting, create or modify rules or any other system administration task, Autani professionals are standing by to remotely make those changes for you.
- Bi-Annual Energy Audit Reviews. Twice each year, one of Autani’s Certified Energy Managers will review your system performance data, create a report and conduct a review meeting which will include recommendations for increased efficiency.
