 This annual subscription service is hosted by Autani and provides the following tools;
- Remote access portal. Gives customers anytime – anywhere access to their systems monitoring, configuration and reporting features via the internet.
- Service provider access. Autani customers may elect to grant permission based access to an Authorized Autani Service Provider. This enables the service provider to inspect, troubleshoot, reconfigure and service the Autani Central Energy Manager without having to roll a truck.
- Alerts, via emails or text messages, are automatically relayed to designated individuals.
- Configuration backup service insures that an onsite system failure will not require a complete recommissioning of the Central Energy Manager.
