Autani offers Premium Support options for EnergyCenter customers with Internet-connected systems. Autani’s Premium Support insures that your system has access to the latest software updates, and you have the peace of mind provided by remote backup and restore capabilities. The following services are included in the annual subscription:
- Remote Backup of all energy usage, reporting, and system data
- System Configuration Service to help restore data from a Remote Backup and get your system back online
- Software Update Notifications provide the option of upgrading your system as software updates are issued during the subscription period
